  • The Quest Presets & Profiles are designed for the newest Adobe Lightroom Subscription Versions. As such you should always be running the most up-to-date version of Lightroom or ACR/PS in order to take advantage of the Quest tools and preset features. The Quest Presets & Profiles are also compatible with the current version of the Lightroom Mobile App however they MUST be installed in the desktop version of Lightroom CC first in order to sync to the mobile app version of Lightroom. Quest presets & profiles will NOT work with older, standalone versions of LR/ACR.

  • In the first week of each month a new preset collection is released. Each month, you can download the current set for FREE with your subscription. At the end of each month, the current set is archived (to be replaced by a new set), so be sure to download the sets during the month that they are active!

  • There are no minimum subscription commitments.  Your first monthly subscription fee is paid when you sign up, and then every month thereafter as long as you keep your subscription active.

  • Your monthly subscription to Quest allows you to access a new preset & profile collection for free each month.  These are released in the first week of each month, and available to download on the Quest Members page.  You will also be able to purchase sets released prior to your subscription at exclusive member pricing.

  • Payment options for Quest subscriptions are as follows:Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, & JCB.* Debit credit cards (like Visa Debit) cannot be used. Archived Quest sets released prior to your subscription can be also be purchased with the above payment methods, as well as by using PayPal.

    Paypal is also an option for Quest sets purchased without a subscription. You can find those right here.

  • Each month, you can download the current set for FREE with your subscription. Simply add the current set to your cart, then click the cart at the top right of the screen to complete the download process. Please see our Install Page for instructions on installing your presets & profiles.

  • No problem! While you should definitely download the current month's set while they are active, you can simply reach out to us at support@archipelagoquest.com. There you can let us know what set(s) you missed, and we can get that sent to you via email!

  • Yes, sets created prior to your subscription start can be purchased here.  Members get exclusive pricing for archived sets.

  • Your Quest subscription can be cancelled at any time.  Your membership will not renew the next billing due date if you cancel. Cancellation is effective immediately once you cancel. As soon as you cancel, you lose access to the member’s area of the Quest site and preset collections, and access to all future preset collections.

    6-month subscriptions billed upfront: If you cancel this type of subscription before the end of your subscription period, you are not eligible for a refund, and you will lose access to the member’s area of the Quest site and preset collections, including upcoming preset & profile collections for the remainder of your subscription period.

    Once you have canceled your subscription, you can still continue to use the sets you acquired & downloaded during your subscription period.

    To cancel your subscription:

    Log into your Customer Account.

    Click Account, then click Memberships.

    Click on the member area you want to cancel your membership to.

    Click Go Manage Subscription.

    Click Cancel Subscription, then click Cancel Subscription again to confirm.

  • To recover lost presets, be sure that you are LOGGED IN to the Quest Member’s page, and select the ‘ACCOUNT’ button on the top right of the member’s homepage.
    From there, select the ‘ORDERS’ tab.

    Select the order you wish to recover, and select the ‘Download item’ button for the set you wish to recover.

    A new download of your presets will be sent to you.

    Remember to always keep a backup up of the original ZIP files of your downloaded presets, in case you need access to them at a later date.

  • Yes! The email confirmation you receive with your Quest order includes the invoice. To make a copy, 'Save as PDF' or click 'Print' then 'Save as PDF' from the options.

  • It is indeed possible to use your Quest presets & profiles in LR mobile. However, they MUST be installed in the desktop version of Lightroom CC first in order to sync to the mobile app version of Lightroom. We have created a simple video tutorial that explains exactly how to do all of this right here.

  • You are not allowed to share, distribute, copy, transfer, sell or re-license any of our Products or Services or solicit any other party except for Red Leaf to do so. You are also not allowed to modify or alter any Product or Service that you license and then resell it as your own product or service. Red Leaf will consider such conduct to not only violate these Terms & Conditions but also as an infringement of Red Leaf’s intellectual property and proprietary rights and Red Leaf reserves our rights to take any necessary steps, including terminating or suspending your membership or ability to access private forums and/or asserting a legal action against you, in order to protect our rights.

  • Our presets & profiles will work on RAW or JPG file that can be imported into Lightroom, and on RAW files when importing with ACR in Photoshop. Our presets & profiles were developed and extensively tested on (but not limited to) RAW files from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Pentax, and Leica.

  • If you purchase a license to use any Product or Service, you are acquiring a five (5) seat license authorizing a maximum of five (5) natural persons and/or computers within your organization to use that Product or Service. If you require additional seats, please contact us at support@archipelagoquest.com.

  • All Sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns. Refunds for accidental multiple purchases will be subject to transaction fees. Please be sure that any product you are purchasing is compatible with your software or camera files (requirements are listed above here on the FAQ page), there are no refunds, exchanges or returns for incompatibility. After purchase, products are delivered as a digital download. We encourage you to make a backup copy of your downloaded products, but no other copying or reproducing of products is permitted.
